Summer Youth Program

Summer Program Alpha and Omega, which is a four-week program for youths between 4-14 years of age, and in existence since 1995, received a donation from GEBE Managing Director William Brooks recently.

The funds will go towards helping to cover the costs for breakfast, lunch, snacks and other activities during the community summer program.

Organizers of Alpha and Omega have a number of activities planned including a trip to St. Eustatuis, movies, music, computer and fishing events.

“I commend the diligent staff of Alpha and Omega Summer Program for volunteering their time to take care of these kids during the summer holidays. They have a full program of constructive activities planned.

“GEBE is very pleased to support this program. The youth of today are the GEBE employees of tomorrow and we want to invest in their future from now.

“Summer programs are necessary as parents would have had to leave their kids unsupervised at home. A program such as Alpha and Omega offers working families an opportunity to have their kids taken care of while they are out there earning a living. We are proud to be able to assist such a program that brings relief for parents,” William Brooks stated.
