I've sent the SMS, now what?
It takes about 2-3 minutes for the system to register your number. You will then receive a confirmation SMS thanking you for your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation SMS, your number has not been registered. In that case, check if your contract account number is correct and try registering again.
What if I don't want to receive GEBE SMS alerts anymore?
You can unsubscribe at any time. To unsubscribe, text your 'contract account number OFF' to GEBE (4323). After you send the unsubscribe SMS, you will receive a confirmation SMS from GEBE letting you know that you have unsubscribed from GEBE SMS Alerts. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your contract account number and unsubscribe again.
