How to Make your Display Safer

1. Do not put more than 3 strands of regular incandescent bulbs is series (one plugging into the next) to avoid overload and potentially cause an electric fire. However, with LED lights you can plug in between 10 to 25 strands in series. Always read the box for wattage and details.
2. Balance the load on multiple outlets and multiple breakers to avoid overloading one breaker which can cause a fuse to blow.
3. 3Make sure your lights for outdoor displays are suitable for outdoors. Ensure all electricity connections are insulated properly so they do not get wet.
